Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are dispatched the next business day after they are placed. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers or events outside our control may occur.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 per order. Shipping is free on all subscription orders.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.
Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
