Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains refunds and returns for orders placed on minome (minomehealth.com), operated by Norholm, MB (company code 307698646), Girulių g. 10, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lithuania.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied, email support@minomehealth.com within 30 days of delivery to request a refund.

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date of your first order.
  • The guarantee applies to your first order only and is limited to one refund per customer or household.
  • You must return any remaining product to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we refund the price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns outside the guarantee

Because our products are consumable health products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee, except where required by law or where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below).

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@minomehealth.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval (for returns, within 10 business days of us receiving the product). The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
