Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions work on minome (minomehealth.com), operated by Norholm, MB (company code 307698646), Girulių g. 10, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lithuania. By starting a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

How subscriptions work

When you purchase a subscription, you enroll in an automatically recurring order. Your first payment is charged at checkout, and you are then charged automatically every 4 weeks using your saved payment method. Each charge ships a new supply of your selected product.

Pricing and auto-renewal

Your subscription price and billing frequency are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current subscription price every 4 weeks until you cancel. Subscription orders ship with free standard shipping.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@minomehealth.com. To avoid being charged for your next order, please send your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal date. Requests received after that point take effect from the following billing cycle.

Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund an order that has already been processed or shipped, which is handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Skipping or pausing

You can skip or pause an upcoming shipment by emailing support@minomehealth.com at least 3 business days before your renewal date.

Changes to pricing

If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you by email in advance. The new price applies to your next renewal after that notice, and you may cancel beforehand if you do not agree.
